gogo65uk is right. I remember there being extensive debates about this very fact when Uncharted 2 first came out. The guard does actually resurface and swim away, meaning no-one is killed in the museum level (not by Drake's hands, anyway). Although going on to commit genocidal-levels of kills in the subsequent missions does make him a bit of an arse.

If you owned a HDTV you would actually see that the guy thrown off the roof top actually swims away afterwards. simply put He didn't die.

But do you not think any of the guys deserve to be shot in Uncharted? They shoot at you and im sure its self defence as they decide to take what you have found by force (Submarine in first game)

I personally think Cloud's a jerk....he kills off harmless creatures and the fact that he doesn't even get over Aerith's death is stupid... You know what, never mind.

Actually, he throws one of the guards off a roof, plunging the poor fellow several several hundred feet to the sea below. Effectively negating his whole 'no kills' approach throughout the rest of the level.

Drake doesnt kill anyone in the museum, he simply KO's them, or shoots them with a tranquilizer. Which is actully one of the most fun bits of the game. Thought his moral ways go down hill from there as he kills around 1000 russain terrorist in search for a metophor, anyway roll on uncharted 3

These were good, but someone needs to replay Uncharted 1 & 2. In the first one he's on the boat and they call come with machine guns and start attacking him, eventually leading up to the pirates shooting an unarmed man a bit later after they initially escape. In the museum level of Uncharted 2 Drake refuses to use guns and is even worried when Flynn merely wants to use the dart guns to knock the guards out (which they do instead of killing them). Sorry, I know that sounds petty but I just came home from watching Inception so I'm already in the "make sure it has a solid story" mode. Also does anyone else find it ironic that the last name of Alec Mason, who destroys building, is the name someone who specializes in building cement, concrete, and brick structures?

Im sorry did you photoshop an agent from crackdown into a screenshot from THE SAME GAME?

"Keeping us save (sic) from terrorists while you snapped their necks in the dark." Lol

Nathan Drake murders no one at the turkish museum. In fact, he rejects the gun his friend gives to him until the friend says it's just a tranquilizer gun. But, yeah, I killed +900 people in Uncharted 2, so he is a murderer anyway.
