18 video game characters made massively fat

Regardless of genre, game characters are generally a stereotypical bunch. Muscular, lithe and acrobatic, it's surprising any of the egotistical swine ever find time to fight, save or kill anyone given the amount of time they spend preening themselves in the gym.

We've had enough of game heroes who shamelessly pander to the mythical Hollywood ideal. We've had enough of bigger characters only ever being allowed on-screen as comic relief. And happily, we came to this conclusion just as Matt discovered an amazingly childish but endlessly funny iPhone App called FatBooth, which instantly bulks up any photo you choose to feed into it. Three guesses what we did.

Yes. And we did it 18 times.

    It looks like Duke Nukems face weighs too much and his pulling his mouth off. John Marston looks disgusting, I guess he ate the animals after he skinned them.

    Why bother with using Donut Drake? We already all played BOTH Uncharteds with that unlockable you know!?

    That said, I strongly suspect he's the inspiration for the entire flabathon and as a proud skinny dad I also have to say that I find little to love about fatness. If anything, it scares me a little to look at tubbies-and it's such a sad thing when someone's glandular disorders make them way overweight as well. What a shame that is.

    If a large amount of the population is fat why does anyone make a programme like fat booth. I propose thin booth. To make us overweight ppl feel better.

    I feel like Duke probably looks like that now. 15 years of waiting around, drinking beers and eating hot dogs while he listens for the phone to ring and let him know it is time...

    He is a balding middle aged man with a beer belly now, probaly living in a trailer with one of his hooker friends who should have retired five years ago but can't because he can't hold down a job while still trying to hold on to his action hero days.
