    I loved Mass Effect and Oblivion so much. I pretty much love all RPGs, but those two hooked me good.

    I know a guy who actually liked Blitzball. And I have to admit I trust his judgment less because of this knowledge.

    Oh - "grinding" essentially refers to times when you can't go any deeper into the story until you level up some more. So you find yourself wandering around the forest killing random animals until you get powerful enough to beat the next story-critical dungeon. Yes, I'm oversimplifying - you're not always in a forest and there are some games built entirely around grinding (Chocobo's Dungeon and the Etrian Odyssey games, for example) but that's the basic definition.

    haha, gamesradar cant hate rpgs, they fluffed it. all in all i think there were more like 85. lol

    i like the reading part of RPGs, and turn-based combat is the best there is, not the pseudo-mmo-crap from FFXII, but from FFX (not the time-restricted turn-based one from earlier FFs either, that sucks too.)
    i love what theyve done with crisis core though.

    the spheregrid was king, allowing for deeper customisation of skills than before.

    grinding is such a bitch, innit?
