Is it horribly cliche to say every rose has its thorn? Yeah, it probably is. But in Ino's case, she only needs one rose, sharpened to skull-splintering precision, to make you bleed. Naruto's hilarious/unsettling death rattle is all the evidence we need of that. If lodging a plant in someone's head isn't enough, Ino then calls on her dad to lend a helping hand.
