On your way out of the Secret Passage, you’ll pass by this Soul Gem on a balcony. You’ll be able to reach it soon.

Soon after exiting the Secret Passage, you’ll reach this fortress wall opposite the drained pool. Move north along the wall, and you’ll spot a ledge on the left you can drop from.
