Fruit Ninja VR hits PS4 just in time to show holiday guests the joy of flailing around in virtual reality

Fruit Ninja VR is now playable on PS4 and none of your fragile items are safe. The original Fruit Ninja was one of those first few games that made playing on a touchscreen instantly appealing when it came out back in 2010, and now it can do the same for virtual reality.

It looks pretty simple, but also super fun. I love how you can juggle fruit with the flat of your swords and even make your own vegetarian-friendly shish kebabs. Fruit Ninja VR was previously available on both HTC Vive and Oculus Rift, but this is the first time PlayStation VR owners can take a swipe at the oranges of wrath.

I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and now I'm a staff writer here at GamesRadar.
