Lego Minifigures Online is Diablo with Legos

The Lego games have embraced a myriad of worlds--from Batman to Harry Potter to the Lord of the Rings. But in the upcoming title Lego Minifigures Online, your Lego characters will explore the Lego universe in a Diablo-esque, isometric view, action RPG form. Yes, youll gather loot, level up characters, and explore a variety of Lego playset-inspired worlds. But the real addiction settles in as soon as you start picking up new minifigures

Players won't actually gather loot like armor, weapons, and spells in the traditional sense. Instead, enemy drops often come in the form of an entirely new Lego Minifigure character, which can be added to your crew of three characters that you can swap in and out of the action. Each little guy has unique powers and abilities which will increase in potency as you level them up. The judge rains down law books as an area of effect spell, Caesar calls on Roman soldiers to fight by his side, and the DJ throws vinyl records for his ranged attack.

Just like other licensed Lego games, you'll need to break everything you see in the environment to gather the game's blocky currency, build Lego contraptions, and work with your co-op buddies to overcome the giant, plastic bosses. The most convenient thing about the game is that everything is online, allowing crossplay between PCs and tablets so you can basically play from anywhere at any time.
