As we plowed through all the latest assets to come out of last weeks E3 we stumbled across two never-before-seen PlayStation network games.
The first of these two games is Elefunk. An original puzzle based game that, from what we can tell, will play in much the same way as Lemmings. To save the elephants from falling into ravines and rivers you'll have to build structures from a range of materials, such as metal, wood or rope. Add to this the addition of online leaderboards as well as multiplayer options, and we can see Elefunk being one of the more original titles on the PlayStation network.
Above: Can you guess which is which? The clue is in the titles
Snakeball is the second new game heading to the PSN. And, depending on its release, could be the first PlayStation 3 game to use the PlayStation Eye to map your face onto the in-game characters. The aim is to glide across the floor swallowing balls as you go and ultimately score more points than your opponent. Also on offer is a more colorful version of the classic mobile game Snake, as well as on and offline play.
Given the somewhat limited blast-everything-in-sight games currently on offer on the PS3's network these two additions are certain to be a breath of fresh air. Check out more shots of Elefunkhere and Snakeballhere.

Hi I'm James or JJ if you like, I'll answer to both. I'm the Executive producer for GR video which means I've had at least a part in all the hot moving pictures you'll find on the site (even if that part was just saying, yes that's a good video). I also produce the Future Games Show and Golden Joystick Awards. Away from the office you'll either find me playing Fortnite, or walking my dog. I'm better at one than the other, I'll let you decide which.
