Star Wars Day (AKA May 4) brings us a Hutt-sized haul of merch each year, and 2026 is no different. Actually, it feels as though there's more on offer for the event this time around than before. I was lucky enough to go hands-on with almost all of it when I visited Disney's London HQ a couple of months ago, and was taken aback by how much there was to see.
Because the only way to sort the good from the dark side was to go hands-on with as much of it as I could, I did my due diligence and mucked about with all the Star Wars Day merch for 2026 I could find. While plenty of items stood out, a few rose above the rest like rocks being Force-lifted by Yoda. The wearable Boushh helmet from Return of the Jedi was an easy highlight, for example; it's made of incredibly convincing materials with top tier weathering that makes the replica seem as though it's come from the movie set, topped off with a voice changer. I also adored the Starbucks signature mug series, bringing beloved planets to life in a classy, more abstract style. My favorite collection might just be the Endor range, though, and you can find out why below.

There were plenty of cool collectibles that'd look amazing on a shelf, but in terms of practical goodies, this shoots to the top of my list (here's more on why). It's absolutely gorgeous in person with very high-quality stitching for the Ewoks parading across the front.

I've always been a fan of more subtle apparel that doesn't feel like a billboard has been plastered across your chest, so this really caught my eye at the event. It looks lightweight, comfortable, and stylish - but still oh-so-nerdy.

Starbucks kicked off a 'planets' range of mugs a little while back, and it's still knocking the designs out of the park. While I love 2026's Crait and Naboo designs, Endor just about pips them to the post for me.
We were able to exclusively reveal this lightsaber that was like nothing else I'd seen, and now you can add it to your own collection for Star Wars Day. It's such an elegant design, and really stands out from classic lightsaber hilts as a result.
The Disney Store has of course produced a range of May 4-specific tie in merch, and this cozy hoodie is probably my favorite of the bunch. Perfect for snuggling into on rainier days.

As I mentioned before, I prefer my nerdy clothing to be on the more subtle end of the spectrum. Even though this Spirit Jersey (a range known for being incredibly comfortable but lightweight) has a Star Wars logo emblazoned on the back, that Endor forest design amongst the letters is so eyecatching.

This piece sat in pride of place at Disney's Star Wars Day merch showcase, and I totally understand why. Besides incredible weathering and convincing materials (including faux-leather), it has a voice changer that sounds just like it does in Return of the Jedi.
These surprisingly high-quality gauntlets were another firm favorite of mine. As well as looking the part with a phenomenal chrome finish, they were suitably weighty and come with light/sound effects that'll plus any cosplay.
As mentioned in our exclusive reveal for the Jedi Temple Guard Mask, there's a pearlescent shimmer to the material of this replica that make it surprisingly beautiful when seen up close.
I'm a massive Disney Parks nerd and have adored the Star Tours ride since I first tried it many years ago, so this massive playset replica (which has everything you'll remember from the ride vehicle) stole my heart right away. I'm particularly fond of the cannons that flip out of hidden hatches, just like on the ride.
It may be a replica of the worst disguise in all of Star Wars, but that doesn't mean this isn't a very cool collectible to go on your shelf. The weathering on the dirty bone chin-guard is particularly good, making it feel like a forgotten relic from Jabba's palace.
I've already said how I'd been waiting years for a new Maul lightsaber to drop, and now two have arrived in the space of a month. This one recreates the full two-bladed hilt design as seen in Maul: Shadow Lord, and it looks superbly grungy as if it's been through one too many battles.
