We’ll admit that while we love Batman Begins, we never figured that Chris Nolan’s toned-down, realistic take on the Bat-mythos would make for a decent theme park ride (while something like Transformers, which is already in the works, clearly can), but that’s because we’re not rollercoaster designers.
And, from the looks of this CG run-through, The Dark Knight certainly appears to have provided one hell of a ride. The downside, of course, is that you’ll have to fly to America to ride the thing, but we know dedicated fans won’t let that stop ‘em. Oh, and that sound you hear is our man in LA moaning that it isn’t coming to Six Flags California…
Oh, and while we’re on the subject of Nolan’s Bat-films, MTV has been talking to Chris Cooper about his near miss with the role of Inspector Gordon. Cooper as a copper? Maybe he’ll sign on for the third film…
