GTA V might be a very real speck on the gaming horizon, but that doesn't mean we're not very excited about Saints Row: The Third. You've probably seen the trailers of human cannon balls and the like, but what you want to see is proper, unedited gameplay, right? Well, you've come to the right place. Here's the entire opening mission, captured in HD for your eyes' enjoyment. But be warned! It's VERY violent and VERY sweary. Under-18s should move along - nothing to see here.

Our impressions? It may not be as slick as the likes of Deus Ex, or have the clinical, wondrous attention to detail of Batman: Arkham City... but it looks damn fun. We particularly like the characterisation and the way everyone's a fan of the Third Street Saints (even the police!).
