Resident Evil CGI: straight to DVD movie trailer released
Check out Leon, Claire and zombies in new movie trailer
Dec 17, 2007
The live action films weren't that great, but Resident Evil's got another chance at making right on the movie screen with the straight to DVD CGI flick Biohazard: Degeneration.
The trailer has just been released and although it's not quite at the same level as Square Enix's gorgeous FFVII: Advent Children, its looking fairly decent.
The CG animated film, which is released next year, hopes to better the live-action efforts with "groundbreaking visual effects and a brand-new story line," says Capcom. Plot details are scarce at the moment, but from the trailer we know it's got Leon Kennedy, Claire Redfield and uh, zombies in it.
We'll let you know how it turns out when we get our hands on the disc later next year. At least it hasn't got Milla Jovovich in it.
