We all know that Talking Hank is cool, but he's about to get a whole lot cooler thanks to the arrival of Ice Island – the latest addition to the expanding world of My Talking Hank: Islands. This frozen environment provides a fresh location for our intrepid adventurer to explore, where you can discover new island challenges to complete and hidden treasures to uncover amongst the snow. Thanks to the dynamic day and night cycle, you get to see the sun glinting off the ice during the daylight and then, as darkness falls, you can sit back and admire the stunning aurora borealis as their iconic glow lights up the sky.
You'll need to adapt to your frosty new surroundings as you explore, while Talking Hank's breath hangs heavy in the cold air. Make sure you dress him up in his warm winter clothing or he'll start to shiver, and he can even freeze into an ice block if you don't wrap him up well enough! Thankfully Talking Hank's wardrobe has received a winter makeover, meaning you can equip a selection of jackets, hats, and onesies so he can make snow angels without fear of freezing.
The Ice Island also brings three new animal companions, who you can feed and play with in a variety of new mini-games. The Seal sets you off on twisting bobsled runs at great speed, while the Orca challenges you to find your way through frozen mazes, and the Snow Leopard leads you along icy trails as you race snowmobiles. Of course, this wouldn't be a frosty adventure without the addition of some penguins too, providing more animals to make friends with.
This brand new Ice Island launches as an update for My Talking Hank: Islands on March 6, 2025, so download it now from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store if you haven't already, and prepare to set off on an Arctic Expedition – just remember to wrap up warm!
