Take-Two, the parent company of GTA publisher/developer Rockstar, has revealed its line-up of games scheduled for release in 2008 and there's still no indication that the PS3 will receive any GTA IV downloadable content.
Microsoftconfirmed last yearthat the 360 version of Rockstar's mega-hit in the making would receive exclusive content delivered over Xbox Live, althoughrumors suggestedthat the PS3 would end up with a similar deal.
Right now, though, with no indication that any Grand Theftextrasare planned for Sony's console and with the promise of two extra episodes comprising hours of new gameplay for the 360, we know which version of GTA IV currently looks the most tempting to us.
But it's not all gloomy for PS3 gamers, the Take-Two schedule indicates that Rockstar's moody, jazz-powered crime thriller,LA Noire, will only be coming to Sony's box, with the 360 missing out altogether. Prior to this new info, LA Noire was always listed as being a "next-generation title."
We contacted Rockstar to find out more, but they could offer "no further information" at the present time.
