First before your can do anything you must go to your properties of Kingpin and change the target path so that it reads C:\Kingpin\kingpin.exe +developer 1 So for some you must change the whole folders spot and put it in your c drive.
After you have done that you can start your game. From there to bring up the console you must push the "~" button.
Here are some of the cheats from there.
Give Cash #### --Gives you money everytime in the amount of ####.
Give Armor--Gives you 100 percent Armor.
Give All--Gives you 100 percent health and all weapons.
Immortal - Invincible
NOCLIP - Clipping mode
Give Coil - Get coil
Give Battery - Get battery
No Target - Enemies ignore you
Extracrispy - Set enemies on fire
Give Jet Pack - Get Jet Pack
Use Jet Pack - Use Jump or duck to fly
gibtest - Make gibs at crosshair
Give Mods - Silence Pistol
timedemo 1 - Speed up game
timedemo 0 - Back to normal speed
