Intel's Gamer Days sale is back in action, and this year we have Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis and Star Wars Galactic Racer bundled in for free with select Intel machines and components. You'll have to wait until each title's release (October for Star Wars and a delayed February 2027 for Tomb Raider), but with a combined value of $119.98 these freebies are offsetting a few of 2026's pricing mishaps right now.
The promotion began on August 10, hitting everything from gaming laptops to gaming PCs, but I'm only seeing a handful of retailers advertising the freebies on their sites. Intel notes that it's running its giveaway with "participating partners" only, so it's worth waiting for that banner to make sure you're actually getting your freebies. At the time of writing, I've only spotted the bundle at Amazon, Newegg and on select few Microcenter gadgets. We're still waiting on Best Buy and gaming laptop brands themselves.
The best value, though, is going to be in the cheaper seats. That's where you'll find the $119.98's worth of free games doing a little more heavy lifting. With component shortages and price inflation dominating PC gaming over the course of the year so far, any chance to wiggle those numbers in your favor is going to be worth investigating. Amazon's $999 Acer Nitro V, for example, really only works out at $879 if you were interested in the games anyway - and you'd be hard pressed to find an RTX 5050 machine at that price on any given day in 2026.
Or take the Intel Core Ultra 5 250K Plus. That's a $199.99 processor at launch, but Newegg has it listed for $209.99 (with a $10 promo code). Normally that's a thumbs down, but with the freebies thrown in (not to mention a free cooler) it's a fantastic offer.

What's included in Intel Gamer Days?
Intel has laid out the goalposts for its bundles this year, and - surprise surprise - you're going to be upgrading to its latest Series 2 and Series 3 processors, with the exception of desktop Intel Core 14th Gen chips. Intel lays it out like this:

Essentially, anything running Intel's latest processors or graphics will likely be eligible for the promotion, but always check the offer is displayed on the product page before assuming.
How to redeem Intel Gamer Days freebies
Shortly after purchase, you'll receive your Intel Gamer Days master key used to unlock your free games. Head to Intel's Software Offer site and sign in or create an account.
You can then redeem your code by following on-screen instructions, though this must be done before October 31, 2026 to be eligible. You'll be able to download once each game becomes available, though note that you'll need to be using the Intel gadget you bought to do so.

Intel's Gamer Days promotional period ends on September 13, so there's still a month to see what other retailers have to offer.
