Resident Evil Requiem is hurtling towards us with the speed of a well-timed zombie headshot. If you're in the market for a gaming laptop right now, you've caught your purchase at the right time. To celebrate the new release, a whole roster of the best gaming laptops are throwing in a free copy of Resident Evil Requiem.
You'll need to pick up a rig with at least an RTX 5070 GPU under the hood to be eligible for the freebie, and grab it from a participating retailer (Best Buy and Newegg have a strong selection at the moment). To redeem on purchase, you'll just need to head to the Nvidia app and enter an included bundle code - Resident Evil Requiem will then be added to your Steam account.
Nvidia Resident Evil Requiem bundle participating retailers
- Best Buy: Asus, Alienware, and Lenovo included
- Newegg: primarily PCs and GPUs included
- Antonline: HP, Acer, and Lenovo included
UK
- Scan: RTX 5070 from £1,299.99
- Currys: Limited to MSI laptops
- CCL: GPUs only
- Overclockers: Medion, Asus, and MSI included
Top Resident Evil Requiem gaming laptop deals
If you want to double down on your savings ($69.99 doesn't really touch the sides when we're talking about $2,000 rigs), it's worth taking a look at the gaming laptop deals already cutting those costs on eligible machines. Best Buy has the largest selection of discounts this week, stretching primarily across Lenovo, Asus, and MSI machines.
There's one problem. At the moment, it doesn't look like the retailer has updated its listing pages to reflect the freebie. All the machines below are included in the roundup page linked from Nvidia's blog post, so are taking part in the offer. If you're concerned, it's worth waiting a few days to see if Best Buy's site catches up.
For now, though, here are my three favorite gaming laptop deals that also net you a free copy of Resident Evil Requiem.
Lenovo Legion 7i Gen 10 RTX 5070 gaming laptop | $2,279.99 $1,799.99 at Best Buy
Save $480 - You're saving just shy of $500 on this Lenovo Legion 7i at Best Buy right now, and it's included in the retailer's collection of Resident Evil freebies. There's nothing on the page itself just yet, though, so this is one to watch. Still, that's a fantastic offer - it's $100 more than the cheapest RTX 5070 rig in these offers (an Alienware 16X Aurora at $1,699.99). For the extra $100, though, that OLED upgrade is well worth it.
Specs: Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX | RTX 5070 | 32GB RAM | 1TB SSD | 240Hz QHD+ OLED display

Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 RTX 5070 Ti gaming laptop | $2,399.99 $1,899.99 at Best Buy
Save $500 - I've been harping on about this gaming laptop deal all week, but with good reason. You're getting an upper mid-range RTX 5070 Ti configuration of a luxurious slimline rig for $500 off. This one is usually stuck well over $2,000.
Specs: AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 | RTX 5070 Ti | 32GB RAM | 1TB SSD | 120Hz 3K OLED display

Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 RTX 5080 gaming laptop | $3,399.99 $2,899.99 at Best Buy
Save $500 - We're back with Asus for those hunting down an RTX 5080 powerhouse this week. The G16 has a solid $500 discount on its lofty $3,399.99 MSRP. That's more than you might pay for an RTX 5080 in a cheaper chassis, but if you're going for style and substance, value is on your side.
Specs: Intel Core Ultra 9 285H | RTX 5080 | 32GB RAM | 2TB SSD | 240Hz 2.5K OLED display
