Perpetrator: Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers | Arcade
One of the most popular iterations of the series, most notable for the additionof arosta of four new challengers (No gold star for getting that one) made up of Cammy, Dee Jay Maximum, T. Hawk and Bruce Lee.
Oh come on, just look at Fei Long for more than a second and tell us that's not who he really is. He's lithe, he makes cat noises while kicking arses, and when he wins he even does that nunchuk thing for God's sake. And his ending all but tells us he's a Bruce wannabe. If Street Fighter II were Mortal Kombat, you just know his fatality would involve jumping on his opponent's rib-cage and giving it a good crunch.
