Where to find arc resin in Arc Raiders
If you want Arc Synthetic Resin, there are some easy ways and some not so easy ways
To get Arc Resin in Arc Raiders you'll need to take on some Arcs. Or, if you're lucky, find some that have already been defeated. The question is, which ones? Usually you're trying to avoid a fight to stay alive, so if you are going to start something you want to make sure it's with the right thing, as not every Arc will have synthetic resin on it when defeated. There are also some way, way easier options to go after, so here's what you're looking for. If you're trying to get the 10(!) you need for the Arc Raiders Trophy Cabinet, this should make the job a lot easier.
Arc Resin sources in Arc Raiders
There's a shortlist of Arcs that drop Arc Resin when killed, with the Wasp, Snitch, and Spotter the easiest to take on in numbers without taking too much of a risk. Other options, like the Shredder and turret variants, can also give resin but are obviously far more dangerous to try. This is the full list of the main Arc Synthetic Resin sources:
- Wasp
- Snitch
- Spotter
- Shredder
- Turret
- Sentinel
You can also get resin from Queens and Matriarchs, but that is obviously not something that's worth doing just for that. Baron Husks and Deforester Husks can also be looted for resin but again, that's probably much more trouble than it's worth for resin alone.
Overall, the best route for getting all the Arc Resin you need is to hit somewhere fairly simple, open areas like Dam Battleground, Buried City, and Spaceport, where there are plenty or Wasps, Snitches, or Spotters that you can more or less farm. Also, keep an eye out for the smaller smoke plumes of any that have already been downed, as they can still be a plentiful source and basically a free get.
