All Pets in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced
You can get pets and animals for the Jackdaw in the AC Black Flag Remake
Pets in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced are a new addition, with animal companions that player can find and add to the Jackdaw that weren't in the original game. It seems as though these little critters are largely ornamental right now, but more details are emerging all the time and it's entirely possible that we'll find out otherwise when the Black Flag Remake releases. Either way we've collated all the available information about pets below, and we'll be updating this page whenever we find out more, both before and after launch day.
Every pet in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced revealed so far
At time of writing there have been two different pets revealed for the Black Flag remake, a cat and a monkey. Gameplay details are currently thin on the ground, but it seems as though these are acquirable additions to the Jackdaw ship that themselves can be customized in terms of appearance (the monkey is shown wearing a waistcoat).
They also have changing behaviour depending on what's going on (such as the monkey swinging on ropes when you board a ship), but right now that's about the extent of revealed information when it comes to the inclusion shipboard animal mascots in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced. We don't yet know if you can have more than one pet at a time, or if there'll be other options beyond the two mentioned above. Frankly, if there's no pet parrot available in the pirate game, that seems like a missed opportunity.
