Arknights Endfield cross progression and how to cross save
If you want to play Arknights Endfield across different platforms here's how
The Arknights Endfield cross progression system lets you pick up where you left off on a different device. Cross save is available on PC, mobile, and PlayStation 5 for Arknights Endfield, but you'll need to follow specific instructions to get everything connected.
Just like other multiplatform gacha games (especially on PlayStation 5), it's very easy to create a new account by accident or get something linked incorrectly.
To save you the headache, here's how to set up cross progression for Arknights: Endfield on PC, PS5, and mobile.
How to link Arknights Endfield accounts
Your Arknights Endfield progression is tied to your Gryphline account. If you're playing on PC or mobile, then you just need to log into the same account when starting the game.
You can freely log out and swap accounts on PC and mobile devices, making Arknights Endfield rerolls much easier. Things get much more complicated when you add PlayStation 5 into the mix, however.
How to Set Up Cross Save on PS5 in Arknights Endfield
When you boot up Arknights: Endfield on PS5 for the first time, you'll be prompted to log into a Gryphline account. If you skip this initial setup, the game will automatically register a fresh account and bind your PSN account to it.
If you started Endfield on PS5 and you want to transfer data to PC or mobile, then log into Endfield on PlayStation and navigate to Settings > Platform & Account > User Center > Link Email. There, you can link your PSN-centric Gryphline account to an email address, giving you the means to log in on your computer, phone, or tablet.
Weekly digests, tales from the communities you love, and more
If you're on PC or mobile and want to start playing on PlayStation, then you have to log into your existing Gryphline account the very first time you boot up Endfield on PS5. If you make it past the login screen on PS5 and start playing without signing into your Gryphline account, then the game will bind your PSN to a fresh account.
It's very important that you don't button mash when booting Arknights: Endfield for the first time on PS5. The prompt to link a Gryphline account appears immediately after you accept the user agreement, and that's the only time you'll get the chance. If you dismiss the notification, you'll be stuck with a new account tied to your PSN.
Once your accounts are all linked up, you won't have to worry about this stuff again. If you do accidentally mess things up and auto-register your PSN account with a fresh Gryphline account, then you'll have to reach out to Gryphline's customer service to unlink them. Accounts can't be merged, so you'll have to sacrifice one account's data in the process.

Diego has been writing about video games since 2018 for various outlets, specializing in live service games, shooters, and RPGs. A diehard fan of photo modes, his play time counters are inflated with dozens of hours messing around with transmog systems to create the perfect outfits. You can also catch him raiding in the critically acclaimed MMO Final Fantasy XIV, praying to the gacha gods in games like Honkai Star Rail, and being not very good at fighting games. Above all else, he's also still holding out hope that Ape Escape will return someday. Hopefully.
