Prometheus has released a quartet of new images, focussing on the strange planet discovered by Noomi Rapace and the rest of her fellow space explorers.
The new images feature another glimpse of that giant head, as well as another creepy humanoid sculpture that appears to form part of the chamber wall. At least, we hope it's a sculpture.
Elsewhere, there's another look at the ship's map room, featuring a nifty holographhic display, as well as an exterior shot of Prometheus herself. And rather spectacular she looks too.
Judging by the footage we saw on Tuesday , these space-set exterior scenes are going to be truly breathtaking on the big screen, with Ridley Scott having employed the 3D RED camera to gorgeous, layer-enhancing effect.
Prometheus opens in the UK on 1 June 2012. In the meantime, you can browse the new images below…
