We’ve been receiving a drip-feed diet of Toy Story 3 bits and bobs from Disney for a couple of weeks now.
The studio spent most of early 2010 unveiling the threequel’s new characters one by one (very polite of them). Now, the Mouse House has revealed the final poster for the film.
It’s a detailed little number featuring pretty much every (toy) character from the film. We like the particulars like Slinky’s springs coiling across the entire poster, and Mrs Potato Head’s lovesick stare at her hubbie.
Here’s the poster, click for a larger version.
The official synopsis goes something like this:
The creators of the beloved “Toy Story” films re-open the toy box and bring moviegoers back to the delightful world of Woody, Buzz and our favorite gang of toy characters in TOY STORY 3.
Woody and Buzz had accepted that their owner Andy would grow up someday, but what happens when that day arrives? In the third installment, Andy is preparing to depart for college, leaving his loyal toys troubled about their uncertain future.
Bringing all the latest movie news, features, and reviews to your inbox
Lee Unkrich (co-director of “Toy Story 2″ and “Finding Nemo”) directs this highly anticipated film, and Michael Arndt, the Academy Award®-winning screenwriter of “Little Miss Sunshine,” brings his unique talents and comedic sensibilities to the proceedings.
