  Increasing players overall even though they have reached their peak

  Transfers/Calender(Office)

  Sell your player if he has reached his peak but preferably just before he reaches his peak (to view this go to 'team management' 'player growth') then buy that player again at the next transfer season once his peak is reached, buying him again will increase it (players overall) but this can only be done once and remember not to sell this player to rival teams or you might not get him back. You can also go to 'Office' 'Calender' and schedule training sessions so players can grow more or quicker, but remember not to give them to much training to do as this will affect their fatigue.
