It's trick or treats time for DC readers as the publisher just released its October 2021 solicitations and preview cover images.
Open up your pillowcase and don't forget to say thank you as the publisher offers its fun-sized jumbo package of Batman titles for fans with a Dark Knight tooth.
In DC's treats bowl this year is Batman: The Imposter, the start of a new series that takes a real-world look at the Caped Crusader, written by Mattson Tomlin, credited as a screenwriter for the upcoming The Batman movie reboot.
If the packaging is secure and unopened check out Cliff Chiang's return to DC and Gotham City in his new limited series Catwoman: Lonely City.
Or maybe you want to dump your DC October titles on the floor and trade with your friends.
Is one new series Nubia & The Amazons starring the new queen of Themyscira worth DC vs. Vampires and Task Force Z (two new horror-themed titles set in the DCU) or do you have to throw in a new Human Target Black Label title by Tom King and Greg Smallwood to seal the deal?
Just don't read too much of DC's plans to celebrate Wonder Woman's 80th anniversary all in one night. Save some for November.
