Best Warzone 2 TAQ 56 loadout in Modern Warfare 2

Your Warzone 2 TAQ 56 loadouts and attachments will cancel out the gun's issues - namely recoil and control.

• Barrel: 17.5" Tundra Pro Barrel
• Underbarrel: FTAC Ripper 56
• Ammunition: 5.56 High Velocity
• Magazine: 60 Round Mag

Let's start at the front and work our way back. The Harbinger D20 muzzle is a silencer that ups damage and velocity while also helping recoil, so that's a no-brainer. The 17.5" Tundra Pro Barrel might as well be called "the good barrel", as it boosts damage and velocity again, with a slight ADS and hip fire penalty. To help keep the TAQ-56 obedient, we then suggest the FTAC Ripper 56 underbarrel, which will stabilize the whole thing. No need for optics - the TAQ's own sights are perfectly fine - and the rest can be a little up to you, as what follows is less essential to the whole build. We went for High Velocity ammo and a 60 Round Mag to ensure a certain amount of efficient versatility - always helpful in Warzone 2 combat - but if you want some more stability, you can swap those out for an FSS Combat Grip or Tactique Brute Stock. Experiment a little to your tastes, and if you unlock weapon tuning, work on minimizing recoil even further to turn it into a true laser!

This TAQ 56 class build can be flexible depending on you needs. Swapping out the  Deployable Cover for a Munitions Box is the most obvious option here. That choice all depending on if you want some protection, or more ammo.

We suggest taking the Scout Package of Perks in Warzone 2, as it grants Scavenger and Ghost while also providing Focus, which should help lay down accurate fire at longer ranges in the face of incoming bullets. Given the aggressive nature of this class build, take whatever lethal you're most comfortable with. We like the Hand Grenade, although Semtex or Drill Charge will really help you push fixed targets and control the map. You could take Stim as your tactical to help refresh that Tactical Sprint, but the Flash Grenade is proving to be essential right now.  

How to unlock the TAQ 56 in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 

The TAQ 56 can be acquired easily by just getting to Level 19 to unlock it. You can speed that process up by hitting fast kill matches like Shoot House, or objective game modes like Domination or Hardpoint. Some Modern Warfare 2 Double XP tokens will obviously speed up the process, but just chase XP and the gun will be yours soon enough.
