The Nintendo Switch Pro Controller has an Easter egg message, here's how to see it

Deep down inside, the Nintendo Switch (opens in new tab) Pro Controller is very grateful to have you playing with it. No, literally - there's a message of thanks printed on the controller's circuitboard. Here's a picture from German site Computer Bild (opens in new tab) so you can see what it says without having to crack your own lovely new Pro Controller open.

Aw, "Thx 2 All Game Fans?" Thx 2 u 2, Nintendo. The coolest part is that you can actually see the message without disassembling the controller if you know where to look, unlike some of the Easter eggs that other console makers (opens in new tab) leave in their hardware.

I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and now I'm a staff writer here at GamesRadar.
