Explosive Suicide Squad footage revealed at SDCC

"It's time for the bad guys," proclaimed Suicide Squad director David Ayer at San Diego Comic-Con 2015, as he prepared to show fans in Hall H the first footage from DC's upcoming supervillains-meet-espionage story.

While the footage itself hasn't been released to the Internet (yet), we can at least tell you what we saw. There were glimpses of Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn in restraints, performing acrobatics (and licking the poles of her cage, because um ... it's tasty, I guess?) in an insane asyulm, Will Smith's Deadshot suited up, Cara Delevinge bathing in oil and the first terrifying appearance of Jared Leto's Joker. His first line:
