Update: Sony has confirmed that Vote to Play is coming for PS Plus subscribers on PS4, though it will be held at "regular intervals throughout the year" rather than every month. It also sounds like that discount for non-chosen games is a one-time thing, rather than a standard part of the promotion.

Sony plans to let users vote to fill one of the PS4 Instant Game Collection's monthly slots, according to a promotional system video spotted by NeoGAF user El_Cinefilo.
