E3 MVG 2011 Selection: Modern Warfare 3 interview

Forget the leaks and forget the lawsuits – despite all the troubles the Modern Warfare franchise has faced during the past couple years, what matters is the game itself. And based on what I’ve seen at E3 2011, the game itself is looking INTENSE. If you thought the exploding boat chase through the harbor of New York City shown at Microsoft’s press conference was crazy, wait until you experience the exploding subway chase through the London underground (Infinity Ward is clearly still capable ofcourting controversy, aren’t they?)

After GamesRadar awarded Modern Warfare 3 as one of our 25 “Most Valuable Games” at E3 2011, I talked with Infinity Ward’s Robert Bowling about the new Spec Ops survival mode, narrative payoff for Soap and Price and how a change in staff affect a change in content.
