So the exclusive offers are not so exclusive after all. Both Game Stop and Best Buy were offering supposedly exclusive codes.
Game Stop's exclusive offer, a code to unlock the Comcast Optimized MLG map if you pre-order the game. You would think being exclusive there would be this one time longer then you want to enter code in the market place to unlock this map but the code is as simple as entering in "Comcast Faster" from the Main Menu from within the game. Not exclusive at all.
For the not so much Exclusive Code for the Best Buy offer for the Unlockable Assault Rifle is no more then a cheat code as follows: at the Main Menu (Hold RB) Down, Down, Up, Up, X, B, X, B, Y, Up, Up, Y

With just a few days to go until its release, we are already getting some bonus content for Rainbow Six Vegas 2. GameInvasion is hosting a special "Comcast Event Map" that can be downloaded from their site as soon as the game hits your PS3 or 360. No word on exactly what the map will contain, but I have to admit, the title has me scratching my head. "Comcast Event Map" dredges up some strange thoughts involving dicey connections, rude customer service and an On-Demand system that only works about 40% of the time. Videogamer reports that Ubisoft has today revealed a great way for RB6 fans to club together and save some money when buying Rainbow Six Vegas 2. HMV Online has a special Clan Pack offer which includes four copies of the game for the price of three. This offer only appears to be available for the Xbox 360 version.
Those that order from HMV will also get two exclusive guns to use in the game: the TAR21 Assault Rifle and the M486 Assault Rifle.

Upcoming Xbox 360, PS3 and PC military FPS Rainbow Six Vegas 2 "is possible" on the Nintendo Wii, its developer has said.
Speaking to VideoGamer.com in an interview, Vegas 2 developer Philippe Therien, from Ubisoft Montreal, said "I would never say never" when asked if a Wii version of the tactical shooter could come to the Wii.

Tom Bramwell of Eurogamer reports, Ubisoft's Rainbow Six series will be finished with Vegas as a location once the team completes work on Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas 2.
"We will never go back to Vegas - at least, not in the foreseeable future," designer Philippe Therien told Eurogamer at a recent preview event.
"We really feel that the story of Vegas is done. We've explored as much of Vegas as we wanted. For now, we're pretty much covered with Vegas."
Therien also admitted that he's not sure whether the game will continue to focus on a single place.
"The concept of being around one location was really good for Vegas, it really works," he said. "Whether we'll do that again, I don't know right now."
