Microsoft has announced a new starting price for Xbox 360 Classics in Europe, and three new blockbuster titles for the program, offering high quality experiences at outstanding value. From this month, Grand Theft Auto IV, Midnight Club Los Angeles: Complete Edition and BioShock will join the best selection of Xbox 360 games in the Classics range. Microsoft has announced that it is dropping the recommended retail price of its Xbox 360 Classics range of games to £14.99.
The budget range features re-releases of high-selling 360 games, and today adds Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto IV and Midnight Club: Los Angeles, as well as Take-Two's BioShock to the portfolio.
Ubisoft has also added four titles to the series – Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2, Naruto: Rise of the Ninja, Splinter Cell Double Agent and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2.

Developer and publisher Ubisoft has announced its full year financial report, with sales rising 36 percent to 928 million euros ($1.46 billion), and a holiday quarter up 10 percent to 217 million euros ($340.5 million) on strong sales of Rainbow Six Vegas 2 and Assassin's Creed.
Full year sales were up from 680 million euros the year prior, and fourth quarter sales from 197 million euros, a stronger showing than the company's expected 165 million euro fourth quarter.

"Good news Rainbow Six Vegas 2 gamers who've been bothered by the handful of bugs (including the achievement unlock problem) that have been making your RSV2 experience less than superb. Ubisoft sends word that they just released a RSV2 title update via Xbox Live that aims at fixing a bunch of the gameplay issues. So many fixes, we had to post the list after the break to prevent eye strain. Highlights include the fixing of the rank reset glitch, numerous achievement fixes and an improved observer mode. High five to Ubisoft for actually caring enough to get a patch out the door, even though these problems should have been caught during QA testing. Tisk, tisk."

Jesse Divnich, newly-installed director of Analytical Services at EEDAR, believes that there should be little disruption to overall sales of Grand Theft Auto IV, even though demand for Wii Fit - released in the UK just days earlier than Rockstar's title - appears to be extremely high.
However, he did admit that there may be an initial hit, based on some crossover, although if so, it wouldn't last too long.

PlayStation 3 outsold Xbox 360 for the third month in a row, but the Nintendo Wii overshot the combined sales of its rivals, according to Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter.
Ahead of March's NPD Group sales data, due to release this Thursday, Pachter forecast PS3 sales of 365,000 units, edging out sales of 310,000 for Xbox 360.
In a Monday investor note, Pachter predicted that Nintendo will come out on top for yet another month, with Wii sales of 700,000 during March's five-week retail period.
