The official website of Sega and Monolith Productions' hair-raising first-person shooter Condemned 2: Bloodshot (Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony PlayStation 3) is now online for everyone's viewing. Those keeping tabs on the game might not find anything new, but if you're in a mood to familiarize with Condemned's atmosphere, look no further.
Sega's PR folks sent over a note announcing that the release date of developer Monolith's first person horror-action game Condemned 2: Bloodshot has been set for March 11 for the PS3 and Xbox 360. The press release also announced the multiplayer modes for the melee-based game which include Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and two new modes.

Dave Hasle, Senior Producer at Monolith Productions states:
Speaking to CVG senior Sega producer Constantine Hantzopoulos told us, "We're trying to bring that Condemned feeling of visceral, in your face hand-to-hand combat into the multiplayer space. There's gunplay if you want it but that's not what Condemned is really about. Condemned multiplayer is going to be very unique."
Condemned 2: Bloodshot is due for release across Europe in early 2008 for the Xbox360 and playstation3. Today new details have been released concerning the gameplay from OXM.
