"During the trailer, I looked away from the television very briefly. Watching someone's stomach come apart in slow motion wasn't something I was expecting. But it didn't happen that way in the game. My grenade was lobbed from a distance, exploded and split a Nazi soldier in two. It was a "holy s-" moment. I describe it that way because those are the exact words that came out of my mouth after it happened."

"Ubisoft recently distributed a video - titled "Brutality of War" – promoting "Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway" by highlighting the violence and gore of Gearbox Studio's latest shooter. It actually made me look away from the television.
Of course, it had no context. It was just gore for the sake of gore rolled into a 30-second video spot. But after speaking to Epic Games about how they determined the role of gore in "Gears of War" in a fantasy environment, I wondered how Gearbox handles its place in something portraying reality."

Xbox360Achievements.org have just unveiled the achievements for Ubisoft's upcoming WW2 shooter, Hell's Highway.
The latest game in the Brother in Arms series will feature 50 achievements, totaling 1000 points.
Some of the achievements in the title seem a little excessive, for example:

Videogamer writes: "Gearbox Software has confirmed plans to release a demo of hotly anticipated Xbox 360, PS3 and PC WW2 FPS Brothers In Arms Hell's Highway.
Speaking to VideoGamer.com at Ubidays in Paris last week, Gearbox president Randy Pitchford said he wasn't sure whether the demo would come before or after the game's official release, scheduled for some time this August.
When asked if Gearbox planned a demo Pitchford replied: "Yeah we do have plans for a demo. We haven't actually specifically decided which thing, which bit of the gameplay we're going to put in the demo yet. We're going to do it. I don't know if it will come out before the launch or not. It might not, it might come after. We'll see. But we're going to give a demo, because there are some people who really want to check things out before they buy."
