It HAS been six years since this generation started, and making software for consoles that are six years old is dragging gaming technology back. There is no way it couldn't. Just look at the console games being ported to gaming PC's. Even Skyrim could have had a graphical facelift on some of the higher-end computers, but consoles could just BARELY handle the medium-high settings given to them. RAGE was released on how many? THREE disks? So was Mass Effect 2, and Dead Space 2, Battlefield 3 and LA Noire. Even the PS3, while it's faring better in the graphics department, is starting to show it's age. I played God of War 3 and MGS4 yesterday, and it's hard not to notice the low-res textures that those games with throw at you sometimes. There will always be a race for better gaming tech, and the current-gen consoles? They're about to be lapped.

You could always trust Squenix's graphic. In case their game went wrong , you could always enjoy the scenery

Sony are blatently aligning all the 4's for the PS4. We're up to Uncharted 4, God of War 4, Killzone 4, Resistance 4, Infamous...er... Dave, you've been on fire of late. First President Weevil, now a Last of the Summer Wine adaptation...please get in to game development.

I could swear they ended Resistance, you really think they'll make another? Then again, God of War 3 was supposed to be the end...

I've been patient and unconcerned, I guess I can be for another while
