Sony's reputation as the go-to company for remarkably odd independent games continues to grow today as they release Sound Shapes into the PSN store for PS3 and Vita. Their launch trailer for the game shows off a bit of what you can expect in the musical platformer title.
At this point in the console generation Sony could rightly be heralded the savior of the art gamer. The PS3 brought us early artsy hits like Everyday Shooter and flOw. More recently in 2012 we've seen amazing games like Journey, and Dyad. Hopefully Sound Shapes will live up to that legacy. Moreover, the next week the PSN will receive the highly anticipated Papo & Yo.
