I might actually buy Madden 12 if they add some of these. Otherwise, i'll just keep playing 11

If you remember previous versions of Madden had older players but the NFL Players Union found out that players weren't being compensated so they sued EA. EA didn't want to pay every single player so they took that feature out. Rich people wanting more money... so typical. Honestly, would EA stop putting out a product that people buy every year? No! You have to let people know they must vote with their wallets! Don't buy the game and they will eventually figure out that people are content with how the game functions already and just want roster updates. Don't start an online petition either unless for publicity purposes because they never work.

I totally agree with taking a year off and just adding DLC rosters. This is one place where DLC makes perfect sense, that roster for the new year isn't there until the new year. Plus if they did rotate with NCAA that would be brilliant, I am sure a ton of gaming and hardcore football fans (hello myself and so many others in the South in particular...) would be happy to buy one game and the new rosters for the other each year. Pleeeeease EA!

The alternating years makes some sense. Just have roster updates in the off years, and give the devs more time to polish the game. I stopped buying Madden long ago (about the time the competition vanished and the pressure to innovate disappeared). It would likely lead to improved games for both the Madden and the NCAA series.
