I'm getting really excited about Saints Row: The Third now. I don't mind admitting that at all. And I'm the guy who doesn't usually like open-world games at all (a certain one excepted, of course). Why has this one got my attention? Simple. It just seems to bloody love being a video game. Every time I see more of the new Saints Row, it blows my mind further with just how much of a glorious, deranged, anarchic, wondrous celebration our medium's gleeful excesses it looks to be.

Also, shit done blow up real good and you can have gunfights while falling out of planes.

So won't you take a look at the latest trailer, in which the game I keep saying cannot get any madder gets a whole lot madder.

If I were to explain this game to someone unfamiliar with it, I would say it's a game about awesomeness.

@android>> 2 was good, but nowhere near as polished and fun as this. If you can tolerate PS2 feeling graphics, go for it.

when I saw this headline my thought went to.. a skyscrapper pulling a transformer into a robot that was then controlled by you against another robot sky scraper in an all out king kong style battle
