    The citadel.

I would like to see the next Bioshock set in dystopian 1996 Disney Land. Thirty years after Walt Disney's death the park is closed one day, and never reopened. The gates are permanently sealed by animatronic disney characters. This seals all of the Disney World workers in as well, and Walt Disney is awakened from his Cryogenic slumber. Walt begins pumping nerve gas throughout the magic kingdom, an experimental concoction that transforms all who breathe it into splicer-like slaves. Walt also distributes the chemicals he used to said workers, which lets their bodies regenerate. This process eventual destroys the town around, leaving it desolate and barren, and by the time you get there everything is a wasteland. When you arrive you are the son of one of the Disney workers, looking for your mother (she plays Minnie Mouse). You must journey through each of the parks individually, by taking shuttle buses. You'd start in the Magic Kingdom, and once your path was blocked by the twisted remains of the Big Thunder Railroad you must go back and find the keys necessary to procede. This leads you to heading back and forth, unlocking new pieces of the magic kingdom and having you explore the other parts. Keep in mind that this is all while beating Disney employees dressed up as characters to death, exploring the innards of the rides, and killing the sanitation employees as they mindlessly clean the park. All the while you have Walt Disney talking to you about his vision for a higher world order, where people do not have to deal with real life, a world where the common man can live in an animated fantasy world. You slowly begin to see visions of animated sequences as you murder key figures, and the animation builds as you go. Eventually you find your mother, and must kill her. The big twist at the end would be that you're actually Walt's Grandson, who he had implanted with the same chemicals he gave the splicers. The game ends with your going crazy as an animated Walt Disney approaches you, behind him you see the classic characters, brought to life in the same traditionally animated way and he shoots you with a shotgun. Oh and the entire game takes place during a massive hurricane hitting the park in waves.

I will have to go with the underground one. If Irrational could make it so you have to use a light source like a flashlight to see. Also the enemies would be molemen and mutants and they wouldn't be able to see you but they could hear and smell you. Thus it becomes a stealth game where you have to moniter how much noise you make and whether they are close enough to smell you.
