I read that you can download the previous update from their website onto a USB key and insert it into the PS3. Restart the PS3 in Safe Mode (hold the power button until it beeps twice and reboots) and an option should appear to install the update from the key. Hopefully this will help some of those PS3 owners that are affected. I like to think Sony will reimburse owners suffering from this.

So tell me, because I've NEVER managed to make it all the way to a top level of prestige. Are the last few levels a total grind where you are doing it just to do it, or are they still fun like the first few times. That's probably why I never get to level 10 or 15 or whatever, simply because I stop when I lose interest it the game itself. (And BO was the last COD game I have bought)

Also, that comment with Sakurai "I don't really think this time we're in a situation where we're trying to accommodate that many new players." Allot of people liked it as Sakurai himself admitted Brawl was in a position to bring casual players in, which was some big deal with the "Hardcore" players who liked the speed, heavyness and exploits of Melee. I frankly i dont care, i just love to SMASH

This E3 was awesome and full of great(and bad) quotes, i love how iwata did just like Last E3's pre-conference direct, by telling us which floor of the Nintendo building he's filming is XD Everyone had a neat conference full of good things. As bad of a position Microsoft is in right now, that doesnt change the fact that their conference delivered what they promised with games and no TV. Even EA, as much hate circled around them, had a great time. Garden Warfare(10/10/10/10/10), "PEGGLE 2", "Bounce-tek", That Rapper, lebron talking to himself, DAMN.

Huh, wouldn't have thought that Injustice would keep such a momentum, good for them though, I always applaud it when fighting games do well, they don't get enough love with the mainstream... Speaking of which, it depresses me to no end to see Black Ops II still in the charts *le sigh* but oh well.

So is the new knee jerk reaction whenever any company does poorly, to blame second hand markets? When GM was doing poorly a few years ago, it was because of Carmax? Seems silly we had to bail them out with govt money if all we had to do was outlaw used car sales. And yeah, when you see a load of a particular game sitting on the shelf at Gamestop, it's usually cuz the game wasn't that good. That's why it's sitting there. But yes, it's always a good idea to cut out consumer rights that are protected under law, to help companies out. After all, we serve them, not them serving us. If anyone seriously believes that publishers need more money, then propose a flat out price hike across the board. That would provide the same benefit without cutting into consumer rights. If for the sake of argument, there were one million used copies of Tomb Raider sitting on the shelves of Gamestops all over America, I see 1 million copies that the publisher sold at one point in time. You see 1 million copies that are stolen from the publisher, which is...just....baffling. Used games have always existed, so to grasp at straws to say, "this" is what is killing gaming, is sad. "This" existed 5 years ago. It existed 10 years ago. And somehow publishers managed to make do. Maybe they will again. There are other causes to their woes, since used games have been a CONSTANT since the beginning of console gaming. So a "fix" should focus on the real cause, not some trumped up excuse for not selling more copies. It baffles me that so many gamerz can't see plain facts. And in other news, Activision and EA have more money than God. Maybe gamerz should spread their money around better. Then we don't have to f--- with the concept of game ownership, because some are addicted to annualized releases.

"Kiddies", THIS is the... 8th or 9th studio to close or lay out large chunks of it's staff in the past year. It's a developer and a publisher. Wasn't there some hardware company out there that's decided to help developers and publishers with some sort of protection against loosing their life blood? How many used copies of Tomb Raider/Hitman/Deus Ex have you seen floating around Gamestop's? Yeah... There's a reason companies have to lay off half their staff or worse- close all together. And the nerve of you to say "What a shame, it's a sad day in gaming" and then praise second hand sales while ripping into the idea of protecting these people so they can keep making games. F*#kin# hypocrites. Absolue f&#ki#g hypocrites. But... that's typical. Rage against what you've been told to rage against, feel sorry for what you've been told to feel sorry for. Ignore the utter lack of comprehension of what it means to be throwing rocks at yourself from both sides of the fence. Good stuff, stuff.
