Nowthat you've beaten the Elite Four, there's a big semi-circle of the Unova map that's open for you to explore. Let's start back in Opelucid City. From here, you can go two ways.

Challenger's Cave
Wild Pokemon (~levels 47-50):
Boldore,Woobat,Graveler,Lickitung,Mawile,Sableye,Riolu(B1F, B2F only)
Swirling dust:Excadrill
Fishing:Basculin,Poliwag,Poliwhirl,Poliwrath(patches only, rare)
Surfing: Basculin

If you head west back to Route 9 briefly, you can now access Challenger's Cave by heading south through the grass. Not only will you see a few Pokemon from other regions here, but it's a great place to train to level up your Pokemon quickly. You'll need a Pokemon that knows Flash to brighten up the cave as you explore.

Route 11
Wild Pokemon (~levels 47-50 normal grass, 57-60 doubles grass):

Normal grass:Rufflet(White only), Vullaby (Black only), Golduck,GligarAmoonguss,Seviper,Zangoose,Karrablast, Pawniard

When you're ready to keep exploring, head back to Opelucid City but this time go east to Route 11. If you have a Pokemon with Surf and Waterfall in your party you can do a bit of extra exploring here, including picking up TM50 Overheat.

Village Bridge
Wild Pokemon (~levels 47-50 normal grass, 57-60 doubles grass):

Normal grass:Rufflet(White only), Vullaby (Black only),Bibarel, Golduck, Seviper,Zangoose

Not much going on here aside from a few trainer battles and TM53 Energy Ball to grab.

Lacunosa Town
This town's claim to fame is that its citizens are fearful of a mythical monster that steals away people and Pokemon during the night, so all the NPCs that walk about during the day retreat to their homes during the nighttime.

Route 13
Wild Pokemon (~levels 47-50 normal grass, 57-60 doubles grass):

Normal/doubles grass:Tangela,Swellow,Golbat,Absol,Drifblim,Lunatone,Solrock
Shaking patches: Audino (common),Crobat,Tangrowth
Swarm:Shuppet
Surfing:Wingull,Staryu,Pelliper
Surfing patches:Staryu,Corsola,Starmie
Fishing:Krabby,Shellder,Luvdisc
Fishing patches:Shellder, Luvdisc,Cloyster,Kingler

Route 13 has a lot going on, so make sure you explore around if you have time – just make sure you have a Pokemon with Cut, Surf and Strength if you want to see everything. The man in black outside near the move tutor is the treasure hunter, and once a day he will give you an item, many of which you can't obtain anywhere else. Here's the full list:

Big Pearl
Black Flute
Blue Flute
DeepSeaScale
DeepSeaTooth
Dragon Scale
Dubious Disc
Electirizer
Heart Scale
King's Rock
Lucky Egg
Lucky Punch
Magmarizer
Metal Coat
Metal Powder
Protector
Razor Claw
Razor Fang
Reaper Cloth
Red Flute
Shoal Salt
Shoal Shell
Stick
Thick Club
Up-Grade
White Flute
Yellow Flute

West of the treasure hunter is a move tutor's house, who will teach final evolution starter Pokemon from any generation a special move for their respective elemental type – Blast Burn (Charizard, Typhlosion, Blaziken, Infernape, Emboar), Hydro Cannon (Blastoise, Feraligatr, Swampert, Empoleon, Samurott) or Frenzy Plant (Venusaur, Meganium, Sceptile, Torterra, Serperior).

Giant Chasm
Outer entrance area wild Pokemon (~levels 47-50 normal grass, 57-60 doubles grass):
Normal/doubles grass: Tangela,Swellow,Golbat,Absol,Drifblim,Lunatone,Solrock
Shaking patches: Audino (common),Crobat,Tangrowth

Cave wild Pokemon (~levels 47-50, 27-70 surfing, 35-55 fishing):
Piloswine, Golbat,Delibird,Jynx, Lunatone,Solrock,Sneasel,Boldore
Swirling dust:Excadrill
Surfing: Basculin,Seel
Surfing patches:Seel, Basculin,Dewgong
Fishing: Poliwag, Basculin,Poliwhirl
Fishing patches:Poliwhirl, Basculin,Poliwrath

Forest Crater wild Pokemon (~levels 52-65):
Clefairy,Piloswine,Ditto,Metang, Lunatone,Solrock
Shaking patches: Audino,Clefable,Mamoswine,Metagross

Venture deep into this dangerous area to find the legendary Pokemon Kyurem. Giant Chasm consists of two parts – a cave area and the crater forest it leads to. Make sure you have a Pokemon that knows Surf, and head through the cave until you reach the forest. This is where it gets tricky, because hopping off the wrong ledge can send you back to the beginning. Make your way through the forest in a clockwise spiral, starting at the outer edges and working in. Make sure you have plenty of Dusk Balls and same your game before approaching legendary Dragon/Ice type Kyurem. At level 75 with powerful moves like Glaciate and Dragon Pulse, you've got your work cut out for you.
