OMG: it's even more ear sex for gamers!

You didn't ask for it, but you've got it anyway - it's even more video game sounds rhythmically arranged into music custom made for avant-garde geeks living large in the space year 2010. Crank your speakers and blast it loud all over your face:

Now keep those ear holes moist by immediately listening to our previous experimentation into the quantized virtual neo-tribal noises and shooty sounds of video games:

Our next mission is to construct an expansive soundscape from the silence emitted by loading screens. It should be a challenging composition.

Was browsing through game music tag and came to this awesomeness. How did I miss this before?! It's like the video game equivalent of Stomp lol.

  • Genericpenisjoketista - November 5, 2010 1:57 a.m.

Oh, and I couldn't help but to notice that both songs have the same time signature and beats to them. (That's not to say that they're bad at all, though; they definitely rock.)
  • Genericpenisjoketista - November 5, 2010 1:52 a.m.

These are great. A tip, if I may? These sound more like auditory tech demos than actual songs. Instead of starting up with a beat and abandoning it to move on to another beat, a well-rounded song would more likely keep the same beat throughout (or at least return to it). Of course, your art is your art. Another tip, though: keep the non-percussion sound effects, like voice (the Joker's laugh, the zombie getting hit) to a cleaner cut. These would be absolutely mind-bending if they were made to be around 4 to 7 minutes and had an actual tune rather than just gunshot/slamming noises. Maybe add your own keyboard/synth in the background! Oh, and is it just me or do these sort of have a "highschool basketball stomp" sound about them?

Original photo for video #1 (plus iStockphoto watermark): Huh? Was it really necessary to fake the photo into making that black top look pink?

Those pictures on the front are not appropriate. You should all be ashamed. And just to know how ashamed you people should be, I will look at all those pictures uncensored, just to know how ashamed you should be. But I need the link, to uhhhhh, shame you guys. Yeah, that works.
