This episodic fantasy real-time strategy-vs-role-playing game will introduce new playable races and units in chunks, keeping gameplay fresh every six to nine months. Based on the appearance of early screens, designers seem to be taking design cues from turn-based masterwork Heroes of Might and Magic V and letting us run rampant over their beautiful world in real-time. We'll have to see if there is more behind the strangely familiar setting and suspiciously similar name when we get our hands on Heroes of Annihilated Empires at E3.
