I hated when Johnson was killed. Totally uncalled for. What was the robot in the the last pick in that section. it was not halo related. You guys kinda screwed this article up in a few places. try more fact checking.

Dammit Ben, WHY'D you have to die!? You were my most favorite Gears 2 character (because you were actually believable!). Why didn't Baird die? (nobody cares about him). There better be at least ONE minor character who actually SURVIVES the whole game in Gears 3... hopefully one of the Carmines! ^_^
  • Sylizar - October 24, 2009 9:26 p.m.

WOAH! HUGE mistake Gr! There was only ONE Carmine in Gears 1. The guy killed by the Berserker was Rojas. The second Carmine died in Gears 2 by the riftworm.

Huh 343 Guilty Spark is a flying toaster? I always thought he was a glorified flying lightbulb...seems more embarassing getting killed by a lightbulb than a toaster

complete and utter failure in the very first part of the article someone at a GAMING website got the GOW story wrong? I only played GOW1 once, 2 years ago, and even I know that wasn't a Carmine
  • lovinmyps3 - October 24, 2009 7:26 a.m.

Suggestion: The last one should have "You, the player". Your utter lack of skill caused the unfortunate deaths of many characters over the years and you deserve every frustrating, tear soaked moment of the times Lt. Price was killed trying to hold off a legion of angry terrorists on Veteran.
  • Uncivilmaxis - October 24, 2009 3:53 a.m.

I agree with angryscotsman, the second carmine was eaten by the big worm, then attacked by those little things, and was being dissolved alive i think by those feelers that you weren't supposed to touch.

Didn't think I would get a "Batteries Not Included" reference today.

@jackburnt: The games are listed on the side of the page >.>
  • Visual217 - October 23, 2009 11:36 p.m.

Lolz, cool article guys! It always seems that carmine is one to get mauled, sniped, beaten, shot, or any other painful deaths.

Comparing Sargeant Johnson's death by glorified flying toaster to Forrest' death by zombie crows, its pretty hard to say who had the most humiliating death but I choose Sargeant Johnson's death by glorified flying toaster. It was hilarious the first time I saw it.
