There's also death by stillbirth. If you 'Try for baby' with a ghost, the baby will be a ghost that can't return to the netherworld, but can age. Human+X-type ghost=X-type ghost baby. I haven't tried Ghost+Ghost yet, if it's possible. I also am currently only able to test Electric, Fire, Aged, Starving, and Water ghosts. So if you have an expansion pack, it may change the possible results. X-Type is one of the types I listed.

I've discovered Death by Pie: My fully nourished sim was in a pie eating contest and she died from starvation due to a pie. I'm not sure if it was a glitch or what, but she suddenly stopped eating it and died.

Back when I played the original Sims I was more into offing visitors than my Sims, usually by just walling them off in an area and leaving them there. But when I did kill my own Sims, I went all the way...I put them in a room with a fireplace, took away the door, had them light a fire, then put a bunch of plants around so one of them would inevitably catch fire and spread around the room, eventually engulfing my Sim. But when I didn't feel like that much trouble I just took the ladder out of the pool. XD
