A Link to the Revolution

Immortal game developer and franchise-machine, Shigeru Miyamoto, recently sat down with Nintendo of Europe and finally confirmed that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess will make use of the motion-controlled Revolution controller. This means that instead of quietly enjoying the game on your couch, you can opt to take the Swing 'n' Scream approach and flail the wand about as if it were your own little Master Sword.

Princess was just delayed until the fall, which makes sense, as the Revolution is hitting stores around the same time. Miyamoto says the much-anticipated title is still being expertly crafted.

"I would say that we are progressing well with completing it," he said in the interview. "And one of the most important features is that, because Revolution can run GameCube software, when you play Twilight Princess on Revolution, you can take advantage of the Revolution controller."
