I'm pissed that I clicked on this and gave you guys ad revenue...
  • Person5 - April 26, 2013 10:31 a.m.

I have to ask, what exactly where you expecting when you clicked on this? And apparently you come here enough that you would want to give them ad revenue, seeing as you went through the time to make a profile and set a picture.

maybe he was expecting someone to know the difference between where and were.
  • bamit11 - April 25, 2013 6:50 p.m.

    Hopefully Harrison doesn't grape him...
  • GR_AndyHartup - April 26, 2013 4:56 a.m.

Interesting fact - that really is Phil Harrison behind the Iwata mask...
  • talleyXIV - April 25, 2013 5:38 p.m.

They have been showing tons of stuff on Nintendo Direct, probably so much that they ran out of stuff to show. Still this is extremely disappointing.
  • codystovall - April 25, 2013 3:10 p.m.

    Nintendo has impotence.
  • PatHan-bHai - April 25, 2013 3:07 p.m.

that 3rd pic kinda looks a lot like Harry ........... XD
  • masterjoe123 - April 25, 2013 2:25 p.m.

Maybe they're just too busy with the release of miiverse for browsers.
  • TheDudeFromNowhere - April 25, 2013 2:07 p.m.

The "real" reason: Right now, they have nothing to show. And would probably be overshadowed by the next gen PlayStation and Xbox. Kind of sad.
  • Arobadope - April 25, 2013 4:25 p.m.

    You are an idiot.
  • Dave2123 - April 29, 2013 9:29 a.m.

Judging from the evidence at hand, we can only conclude that you are referring to yourself. TheDude's reason is justifiable; Nintendo don't have anything to announce on the scale that MS and Sony do.
  • Arobadope - May 2, 2013 9:09 a.m.

Congrats, you are also an idiot.
  • Fireninjastar - May 29, 2013 10:30 a.m.

I know, right? I hear Nintendo's just having financial issues, and press events are much cheaper. Plus, why bother going? Nintendo already has the "Nintendo Direct" series. Besides, for the booths I've seen recently at conventions, I think Nintendo wants to stay pure and simple. Microsoft, on the other hand, is gonna have cheerleaders, a parade, a BBQ, and a whole Fireworks show for Call of Duty: Ghosts.

Exactly. 1. Buying stagetime at E3 is expensive 2. They might have to give out a Wii U to all the people at their keynote - too expensive 3. Their target group doesn't follow E3 4. They already have made their plans: They sent out a message to all online Wii's telling shortly about the Wii U, and they intend to go all in with a big ad campaign whenever the fall lineup (which are going to be huge) are set.
  • J-Fid - April 25, 2013 1:29 p.m.

    It all makes sense now...
  • JarkayColt - April 25, 2013 12:18 p.m.

The fourth one is just way too funny. :U I feel like I don't even want to know the real reason anymore if I can just pretend it's any of these, haha.
