Win a chance to be at the 2014 Metal Hammer Golden Gods at O2 this June
It's time! Time to vote for your favourite bands and win a chance to rock out in London. SFX 's sister title, the heavyweight Metal Hammer magazine, is preparing for this year's Golden Gods awards.
Steel Panther are to host the 2014 Metal Hammer Golden Gods at O2 and by simply voting you are automatically in with a chance of winning a pair of money-can’t-buy tickets for the evening. It's on Monday 16 June. Orange Amplification presents the Metal Hammer Golden Gods in association with World Of Tanks , creating an event that'll bring artists and music fans, shoulder to shoulder, like no other event. Previous hosts have included Alice Cooper (2011), Chris Jericho (2012) and Devin Townsend (2013).
There's also HMS Hammer, hosted by Vans , a pre-show party boat. It's one of the smallest live music venues in London; full of VIPs and competition winners who've cast their votes, the boat will host intimate performances from some of the most exciting bands coming out of America: mathcore trailblazers The Dillinger Escape Plan, Pantera/Pissing Razors supergroup Kill Devil Hill, death metal innovators Dying Fetus, and deathcore groove metallers Upon A Burning Body.
