Here's another batch of screens for the 3DS' upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, allowing players a further look at the game's combat and two environments. Like the last lot of screenshots, these images also focus on the game's Pinocchio and Hunchback of Notre Dame levels, and give us a peek at several more of the Dream Eaters, animal-themed enemies who can be persuaded to join Sora and Riku's side or frolic with players in an augmented reality mode.
Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance is so far the only 3DS title we can think of to try working a “3D” pun into its title, which surely counts for something. The Slide Pad-compatible game incorporates characters from existing Square Enix and Disney properties into an all-new storyline with ties to the unknown future Kingdom Hearts. The game's due for a Q1 2012 release in Japan, with Western releases to probably follow within the year.
