After teaming up for a rousing Poker Night at the Inventory, Team Fortress 2 and Penny Arcade are once again engaging in a little cross-over action for the debut of Monday Night Combat on Steam.
From now until February 1st, those who purchase Monday Night Combat for the PC over Valve's online gaming portal will receive special edition Team Fortress 2 costumes for use in the Uber Entertainment's offbeat arena-fighter and – inversely - special Monday Night Combat costumes for use in Team Fortress 2. Items include the Heavy's 'Bavcon' bandolier, The Spy's 'Boink! Slash!' mask, the Medic's 'Doctor Dispenser,' and a handful of sporty Monday Night Combat items.
Additionally, early Monday Night Combat PC adopters will also be visited by Penny Arcade's Fruit F*cker, who will support players will extra cash and special items. You'll be relieved to know that no fruits were f*cked in the filming of this promotional video:
